Can I leave the keys to my car on a wheel and you collect the car when I am at Work / Pub / Footie / Cricket

Sorry no, The keys have to be handed over and a condition report will be completed by the driver.

A copy of this is then presented to you so that you can check the vehicle arrives in the same condition in which it was collected

When you say working days what do you mean?

Working days are Monday to Friday, not weekends, public holidays, sickies etc.

For example 5 working days would actually equate to 7 days as long as there are no Public Holidays occurring during transport

What items can be left in the vehicle ?

Spare wheel, jack, can be left in vehicle. Also paperwork in glove box is fine.

The engine just blew can you move my car

We can only assist with vehicles that are drivable, it must be possible to drive it onto the back of the truck under its own steam.

This means no rolling shells, broken down vehicles etc.

Cant I just pay cash to driver?

No. All movements of cars and other vehicles must be prepaid.
Drivers and depots do not accept cash, cheques or any other type of payment

Can I pack my car up with boxes bags, TVs and anything else I can think of ?

Sorry no, the reason behind this is that all vehicles are covered for damage that may occur during transit and any items loose in vehicle may become missiles.

There are no exceptions to this

So I suppose you charge to transport my car?

Whilst we would like to make this a public service we cant.

Payment can be made either via Direct Transfer to our Bank Account, or by credit card over the phone.

Surcharges do apply for credit card payments


Does my vehicle need to be registered?

No need to be actually registered, but please supply VIN or Engine number for ID purposes only

I bet you only cover major towns and cities ?

We have Australia covered, all towns large and small.


Can I leave a baby capsule and child seats in the car?

Yes. The car seat can stay, however we do insist that you remove the baby and any other family members before it is transported :-)
